Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZeroSlide's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

ZeroSlide provides AI consulting, implementation, and engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement will be defined in separate service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, clients retain ownership of their data and business-specific implementations. ZeroSlide retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, and general-purpose tools developed independently of client work.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. This includes business data, technical specifications, and strategic plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZeroSlide's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

7. AI Readiness Audit & Calculator Tools

ZeroSlide provides AI readiness assessment tools, including the AI Readiness Audit and related calculators (collectively, "Assessment Tools"). By using these Assessment Tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Proposal or Quote: All estimates, projections, savings calculations, ROI figures, and implementation costs generated by the Assessment Tools are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute a proposal, quote, offer, or guarantee of any kind.
Rough Estimations: All figures are rough estimations based on industry benchmarks, publicly available research data, and the information you provide. Actual results may vary significantly based on your specific organizational circumstances, data quality, technical infrastructure, vendor selection, implementation approach, market conditions, and other factors.
No Professional Advice: The Assessment Tools do not provide professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on any assessment results.
No Warranty: ZeroSlide makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any estimates or recommendations generated by the Assessment Tools.
Third-Party Sources: Benchmark data is derived from third-party sources including McKinsey Global Institute, IBM Institute for Business Value, Gartner, Deloitte, and various industry reports. ZeroSlide does not guarantee the accuracy of such third-party data.
